Parent or anyone 18+ can volunteer on behalf of a student. Only those 21+ can handle alcoholic beverages in the stand. New volunteers can visit http://www.timberwolvesmusic.com/savemart-center.html for more information regarding the fundraisers. Trained volunteers select the events they are available for. Each event lasts roughly 3-4 hours. Athletic events are the slower, easier events but don’t make as much money, and large concerts will be the most busy, but make the most money. For each shift, we are guaranteed $40/person or 10% of profits (whichever is higher). Volunteers can earn anywhere from $40 to $200 per event.

We are looking for:
Passionate volunteers who are interested in photography
People who are interested in helping out with uniforms (e.g. sizing, heming, sewing)
A host of volunteers who can help us at our concerts and outreach events
Entrepreneurs who wish to help organize and promote fundraisers
Energetic adults to help chaperone during trips
If you are interested in volunteering with our program, please contact Mr. Truong at email@example.com
As you may already know, the budget provided by the state to Clovis Unified does not fully fund the choral music program, including the following activities and expenses:
Competition/Festival Entry Fees for all ensembles
Uniforms & Supplies for performances
New music for our library
Supplementary musicians/staff for instruction and performance
Transportation costs for in-town travel
In order to continue providing life impacting experiences for the students, we ask for a volunteer donation to help support the program. For those who are willing to donate more to help offset the cost for those who are in additional financial need, your generosity is more than appreciated. We strongly encourage families and students to assist in fundraising activities and/or making voluntary donations to the program so that we can continue to offer these opportunities to Clovis East students.
There are incentives for donating for those who are interested. Ad space is available in our concert programs. For more information, see the donation letter and form below.
We thank you for your ongoing support of the Clovis East Choral Music Program! If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org at my school number, (559)327-4183. Best, Carlin Truong Director of Choral Activities Clovis East High School
