SPRING TOUR (Bella Voce, Choraliers, and T-Wolves)
I’m excited to announce that we will be going on tour this year. Each group will have the opportunity to perform in several adjudicated performances around the Valley. We also plan to participate in festivals across the state. Bella Voce, Choaliers, and Timber Wolf Singers have been invited to participate in the Heritage Festival in Anaheim, California. This will be a four-day-long event featuring a music sharing and campus tour at a major university in Southern California, an adjudicated performance and a trip to Disneyland. This is a Total cost for this tour will be approximately $650.00 per student. This will cover the hotel cost for three nights, transportation, festival fees, and admission to Disneyland. A payment plan will be established to spread the total cost over several months.
The cost for this tour is a worst-case scenario. Students will also have an opportunity to raise money to offset this cost through various fundraising events. Scholarships will be available on a limited basis for families with financial difficulties. If you would like to attend this event but feel like you need financial assistance, please let Mr. Clarno know as soon as possible. All financial assistance request must be submitted before Oct 8th. This gives us time to plan our fundraising efforts accordingly.
We will be asking for a $50.00 dollar deposit for tour. Securing this deposit will give us more flexibility when scheduling our tour, including choice of hotel, performance time, and added events. Tour deposit will be due on September 9th. Details about Spring Tours, including itinerary, lodging, room assignments, rules, and policies will be distributed at a mandatory parent meeting at the beginning of Spring semester.
